Proposed by the Board and ratified by the membership on 20 May 2005: In an effort to grow and improve the club's annual event (All-Arizona Star Party), a hospitality tent will be hosted by volunteers on both days. A budget of $500 was established.
Proposed by the Board and ratified by the membership on 20 May 2005: To help defray the costs incurred with sponsorship of the event, it was decided to request that attendees donate $5 for the weekend. Donations are optional, but those who donate will be eligible to participate in a door prize raffle.
